Enhance your career with Part-time Studies

Whether you’re looking to earn a credential, are seeking professional skills development or just want to explore a new passion or interest, Fanshawe College offers flexible part-time programs and courses to suit your lifestyle and academic goals.

What is Part-time Studies?

Part-time learning means studying with a smaller course-load per college term, typically one to three courses per semester. If you have a busy lifestyle but still want to work toward academic goals, studying part-time is an excellent way to achieve them! Parttime Studies options include: part-time post-secondary, continuing education, and online learning. Fanshawe is also part of OntarioLearn, which provides connections to the courses you want and need, no matter where you live or where it’s offered in Ontario.

Find a convenient and flexible delivery method that fits your life!

Programs and courses come in a multitude of delivery formats – full-time, part-time, online, blended, continuous intake and modular formats. “Part-time Studies at Fanshawe gives you the flexibility and choice to acquire short-term credentials to enhance your job skills, which ladder seamlessly to longer-term credentials such as diplomas, graduate certificates and degrees, which can move your career forward,” says Mary Pierce, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Information Technology and Part-time Studies.
